急性脑梗死患者血清尿酸水平与脑微出血的相关性研究

摘要
目的探讨急性脑梗死患者血清尿酸水平与脑微出血(CMB)的相关性。方法连续性收录铁岭市中心医院2013年1月至2015年9月收治的急性脑梗死患者180例,根据MRI结果分为CMB组(n=80)和非CMB组(n=100)。分析比较入院当天和出院时血尿酸水平与CMB的相关性。结果入院时CMB组患者尿酸水平(323.2±33.4)μmol/L,明显高于非CMB患者的(284.2±54.8)μmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CMB重度亚组患者尿酸水平(229.1±32.5)μmol/L,明显高于轻度亚组患者的(217.5±30.1)μmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对于CMB诊断价值可见,入院时尿酸的受试者工作特征曲线下面积(AUC)为0.832,cut off为279.2,敏感度为84.3%,特异性为74.9%。出院时尿酸的AUC为0.759,cut off为266.3,敏感度为77.8%,特异性为77.2%。入院时尿酸(r=0.719,P<0.05)和出院时尿酸(r=0.689,P<0.05)水平与CMB呈正相关。结论急性脑梗死患者血尿酸水平与CMB密切相关,是诊断CMB的潜在生物学标记物。
