企业拼凑模式选择对创新结果的影响——基于领域双元的研究视角

摘要：

拼凑是企业整合内外部资源并改变用途进行创新的新兴战略途径,其不稳定问题一直没有得到很好的解释。基于企业边界的领域双元理论,认为"内外平衡"的拼凑战略(即资源来自企业内部但创意来自企业外部,或创意来自企业内部但资源来自企业外部)能够帮助企业创造性地碰撞新旧素材而实现创新,但"内外失衡"的拼凑战略(即资源和创意均来自企业内部或企业外部)则会导致企业陷入新意不足或难以驾驭的困境,从而导致创新失败。基于4个典型的拼凑创新案例对上述理论框架进行初步探索,总结了4种拼凑方式的主要特征、实施挑战以及对创新结果的影响。
