组织二元性:管理研究的一种新范式

摘要
组织二元性已经逐渐成为管理研究中的一种新范式,然而,已有研究对组织二元性的内涵与外延却未能达成共识,基于对不同视角的组织二元性理论框架也略显混乱。基于组织学习、技术创新、组织架构、组织适应等领域相关研究的梳理,组织二元性的内涵与外延得以明确界定。以此为基础,搭建组织二元性跨个体、团队、组织、组织间的多层次研究框架,有利于构建中国的管理理论。
