摘要：

骨骼是维持机体运动和保护脏器的重要器官。骨缺损作为临床工作中常见的骨科疾病, 由于治疗周期长, 对机体造成的损害大, 目前仍然是临床实践中的主要挑战之一。如今, 随着老年人口骨病发病率的增加, 对骨修复材料的需求也同步提升。骨缺损的临床治疗方法包括无创治疗和有创治疗。手术治疗是治疗骨缺损最有效的方法, 如使用骨移植, Masquelet技术, Ilizarov技术等。近年来, 组织工程技术的飞速发展为骨修复提供了新的治疗策略。本文详细介绍了骨缺损修复临床治疗的现状和挑战, 对近些年骨缺损治疗领域的研究进展作一综述。
