智力资本、失败学习与低成本创新间关系的实证研究

摘要：

利用问卷调查数据,通过构建结构方程模型研究了智力资本和失败学习与低成本渐进式创新和低成本突破式创新的关系。研究结果表明:智力资本的3个维度——人力资本、组织资本和关系资本分别对失败学习具有显著的正向影响;失败学习对低成本渐进式创新和低成本突破式创新具有显著的正向影响;智力资本的3个维度对低成本创新的影响具有差异性,表现为人力资本和关系资本均对低成本突破式创新具有显著的正向影响,组织资本对低成本突破式创新具有显著的负向影响,关系资本对低成本渐进式创新具有显著的正向影响,人力资本和组织资本对低成本渐进式创新的正向影响不显著。
