极低频电磁场辐射与儿童白血病发病的研究进展

摘要
研究表明血液系统恶性肿瘤发病率有逐年增多的趋势,儿童白血病尤为令人瞩目。极低频电磁场辐射与儿童白血病的发生密切相关。极低频电磁场辐射可能通过影响细胞间的信号传导、细胞增殖凋亡、基因表达和DNA损伤等,改变细胞内生物分子物质的大小、形态、数量、化学状态和能量,从而发生级联放大反应,参与儿童白血病的发生。
