摘要：

<正>缺血性卒中是严重危害我国人民健康的常见疾病,目前被证实有效的治疗方法依然有限,仅包括超早期血管再通和早期使用抗血小板药物,而由于治疗时间窗的严格限制,超过90%的患者因为不能及时赶到医院而丧失从超早期血管再通中获益的机会[1]。近年研究发现良好的侧支循环可减少梗死灶容积、改善预后,减低复发风险[2-5]。此外,准确而完整地评估侧支循环可能是决定缺血性卒中个体化治疗的前提
