摘要：

<正> 脑卒中是世界三大疾病死因之一,脑梗死在其中尤为重要。脑梗死的最常见原因是急性血栓形成致局部脑血管的闭塞。溶栓治疗可使闭塞动脉再通,最大限度地挽救缺血半暗带,已成为降低梗死面积和致残率的最有效方法。目前溶栓治疗主要包括静脉溶栓、动脉溶栓、动静脉结合溶栓和机械溶栓。我们就国内外脑梗死溶栓治疗的新进展作一综述。一、溶栓治疗的时间窗脑动脉阻塞后缺血脑组织的病理损伤呈渐进性发展。研究显示,缺血的周边存在半暗带,血流仍处在泵衰竭阈值之上,神经功能缺损或基本丧失,但神经细胞仍然存活,若能
