摘要：

目的:研究阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷双重抗血小板聚集治疗对伴有颅内外血管狭窄的缺血性卒中的二级预防效果。方法:选择2013年3月至2014年4月因缺血性卒中且伴颅内外血管狭窄在我院神经内科住院治疗的患者135例为研究对象,随机分为治疗组及对照组,在常规治疗基础上,治疗组予阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗,对照组予阿司匹林治疗,共治疗3个月,观察卒中复发率和副作用。结果:治疗组和对照组3个月的复发率分别为9.8%、28.3%,差异有显著性。两组患者均无严重出血事件发生。结论:短期内应用氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林对伴有颅内外血管狭窄的缺血性卒中患者的二级预防效果优于单用阿司匹林,且没有严重的出血事件发生。
