氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗严重基底动脉狭窄或闭塞的疗效

摘要：

目的:研究氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林对基底动脉严重狭窄或闭塞所致脑梗死的二级预防效果。方法:选择2008年1月至2011年1月在北京天坛医院符合入组条件的基底动脉严重狭窄或闭塞患者53例,在强化降脂治疗的基础上,随机分组并分别给予氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林、氯吡格雷治疗3个月,全部患者继续氯吡格雷治疗到12个月,观察开始治疗3个月、1年的卒中复发率和副作用情况。结果:治疗组和对照组1年的复发率分别为23.1%、51.9%,存在显著差异,差异主要来源于3个月内,复发率分别为7.7%、29.6%,存在显著差异。两组患者均没发现严重出血情况。结论:短时间应用氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林对基底动脉严重狭窄或闭塞所致脑梗死的二级预防效果优于单独使用氯吡格雷,没有发现严重的出血事件。
