摘要：

帕金森病是中老年人群常见的神经系统变性疾病,临床表现包括运动症状和非运动症状,疾病呈现缓慢进展的趋势。目前尚无根治的方法,治疗目的主要在于改善患者生活质量,因此如何评价帕金森病患者的生活质量显得十分重要并受到越来越多的关注。对帕金森病患者生活质量的评估主要依靠量表,目前评价的量表可分为普适量表和特异性量表。本文就帕金森病的各种生活质量测评量表进行综述。
