摘要：

本文根据享受金融服务的程度将居民分为全普惠、半普惠、未普惠三类,建立了一个包含金融部门和实体经济的DSGE模型,刻画这三类人群、金融机构以及实体企业如何进行最优化决策,分析普惠金融在宏观经济运行中的作用,并使用中国数据校准了模型参数,观察各经济变量对于全要素生产率冲击的反应,发现普惠金融水平较高的国家经济增长和居民长期生活水平的提升幅度和持久性更高,金融业对实体经济的支持力度也更大。在跨国数据的实证研究中,本文发现普惠金融水平较高的地区贷款投放率较高,这与理论模型的预测相同。本文据此提出了5条政策建议。
