范式转换与新兴产业培育:自新能源汽车观察

摘要：

从新旧技术范式转换的视角,可将战略性新兴产业的演化过程分为范式导入期、范式构建I期、范式构建II期和范式成熟期四个阶段。现阶段,新能源汽车产业技术突破面临四大障碍,分别是:创新因子储备不足、创新主体合作缺失、创新资源供给有限、创新环境建设滞后。借鉴战略生态位管理理论,新能源汽车技术生态位培育应着力创新因子培育机制、主体激励机制、资源供给机制和环境优化机制。
