脉血康胶囊对治疗78例脑梗死患者阿司匹林抵抗临床观察

摘要：

目的:探讨脉血康胶囊对脑梗死阿司匹林抵抗(AR)患者血小板聚集率影响。方法:78例患者随机分为阿司匹林组、脉血康组,分别在治疗前和治疗后1月测定二组血小板聚集率。结果:脉血康组可使脑梗死合并AR患者血小板聚集率下降,治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:脉血康胶囊对脑梗死合并AR患者有抗血小板聚集作用,可改善脑梗死患者的AR。
