摘要：

从水蛭素的分子生物学性质、克隆表达研究 ,以及临床应用研究等主要方面论述抗凝防栓良药水蛭素的研究进展。并对水蛭的临床应用价值 ,开发研究成为抗栓领域的一大热点进行了论述。
