企业研发网络国际化研究述评与未来展望

摘要：

随着信息技术的飞速发展和跨国公司的迅速崛起,经济和科技全球化进程不断加快,许多企业的研发网络从组织、地域和知识三个方面实现了拓展,不断朝着国际化迈进。通过系统梳理近三十年来的相关研究文献,本文先介绍了有关研发网络国际化的内涵和形式、动因、结果和演进路径等方面的研究成果,然后提出了一个研发网络国际化整合研究框架,并在总结现有研究的基础上对未来相关研究进行了简要展望。
