Leaves of red cabbage (Brassica oleracea) contain cyanidin 3,5-diglucoside, cyanidin 3-sophoroside-5-glucoside and cyanidin 3-sophoroside-5-glucoside acylated with 1 and 2 moles of sinapic acid. © 1970.
