PROBLEMS AND OPTIMIZING MEASURES OF DISTANCE EDUCATION BASED ON INTERNET IN GENERAL COLLEGES

Some problems appear in distance education based on Internet in general colleges,such as the shortage of investment,the insufficiency of teaching resource on Internet,no profound understanding toward the features of distance education by teachers limited by the traditional teaching ideas,no perfect courseware programmed by the computer specialists based on the general outlines and teaching materials,who are not proficient at the teaching skills.The optimizing measures are to make great efforts to absorb financial assistance,take good advantage of investment,avoid construction repetition,strengthen teachers' training,and establish competition and encouragement systems.The construction of soft supporting platforms should be enhanced in respect of systematization,creativity and practicality.
