<正>The new type of hydraulic support was designed by using virtual reality technology.The 3D models of the parts were built; the simulation of assembly and operation were made in the VR environment.By this method,the errors can be found easily in design; more information about the "actual" product can be known by user,and some improvements can be made before the prototype manufacturing,which not only shortened the period of development,decreased the cost,but also satisfied the user's requirement.
