The application analysis on share management of supply chain information collaboration by using triangular fuzzy TOPSIS decision method

The management of sharing information in a collaborative supply chain has become an increasingly important issue.This paper puts forward a new decision-making method,namely—fuzzy TOPSIS,to evaluate whether the management of sharing information in a collaborative supply chain achieves the maximum performance.Then we use this method to do a case study,which involves five factors including cost,usability,reliability,responding ability and predicting ability—and then find out the most suitable solution for managing information-sharing in a collaborative supply chain,for the analysed company,by calculating the scores and final ranking with fuzzy weight and fuzzy threshold.
