摘要
By means of 5-barrel micropipettes, it was shown that the inhibitory effects of iontophoresed glycine on spinal interneurons was antagonized by the iontophoresis of picrotoxin. The blocking effects of picrotoxin were shown to be pH dependent. The possible role of glycine as a transmitter involved in picrotoxin-sensitive spinal inhibition was raised. © 1969.
