摘要
Superoxide dismutase from B. stearothermophilus is a dimeric Mn-containing enzyme with a MW of 40,000. It was crystallized in the monoclinic space group P21 with unit cell dimensions of a = 50 .ANG., b = 70 .ANG., c = 69 .ANG. and .beta. = 111.degree. 10''. The asymmetric unit is probably the dimer.
