摘要
The experiments reported in this study map the Is [immune suppressor] genes responsible for GT [L-glutamic acid50-L-tyrosine50]-specific suppression within the H-2 complex. The K and D loci are apparently not concerned with GT-specific suppression, and this phenomenon is controlled by complementing or interaction genes which map on either side of cross-over events between the IB and IC subregions.
