摘要：

The environment of increasing deregulation of the electric energy industry, the imbalance in reserve capacity between different areas, the fluctuation in the relative prices of oil, gas, and coal, and the influence of cogenerators has caused a great expansion in the energy sales and purchases between the various parties. This paper deals with the incremental pricing concepts and incremental loss concepts for use in real-time operations involving interchange evaluation and wheeling loss evaluation. © 1990 IEEE
