Effect of loading with Clopidogrel at the time of coronary stenting on platelet aggregation and glycoprotein IIb/IIIa expression and platelet-leukocyte aggregate formation

摘要：

The antiplatelet effect of a 300 mg clopidogrel loading dose administered in the catheterization laboratory at the time of successful stenting is reported. This strategy provides early inhibition of adenosine diphosphate-induced aggregation (similar to14% within 2 hours) and maximum inhibition (similar to35%) within 24 hours after stenting.
