摘要：

The present paper addresses the question, how new technologies and computer-mediated communication may be used in psychosocial services. First, an overview of chances and limitations of these programs as well as of legal and ethical aspects is presented. Then, existing offline and online programs are introduced, with a focus on interventions that are part of evaluation studies. It is discussed how future developments may contribute to an optimization of the services. For example, the use of new technologies in the context of graded care models is outlined. Finally, new perspectives for psychotherapy research are pointed out.
