摘要：

膜结合型ＴＮＦ α（ｍＴＮＦ α）不仅是分泌型ＴＮＦ α（ｓＴＮＦ α）的前体，也是一种重要的膜结合型细胞因子。ｍＴＮＦ α是ＴＮＦＲ８０的生理活化物，且可通过同时激活ＴＮＦＲ６０和ＴＮＦＲ８０使靶细胞应答增强。ｍＴＮＦ α可以表达于Ｔ细胞表面并参与其增殖、分泌、凋亡、免疫调节和细胞毒等多种功能。
