摘要：

<正>在我国,脑血管病目前已成为城乡居民的首位死亡原因。其中,颅内、外大血管狭窄导致的缺血性脑血管病所占比重最大。近年来,随着血管内介入技术的不断发展,这一起源于外周血管的诊疗技术越来越多地被用于缺血性脑血管病的防治。中华医学会神经病学分会脑血管病学组于2011年发布了首版《中国缺血性脑血管病血管内介入诊疗指南》[1],对规范我国缺血性脑血管病的血管内介入诊疗起到积极的推动作用。4年间血管内诊疗技术
