摘要：

目前,对于创业和供应链管理相互交融的研究,取得了一定成果。供应链创业在传统供应链管理内涵的基础上,融合了创业的内涵;供应链管理和创业研究存在整合层面的共有要素,两者之间存在互动性,具有创业导向的企业能够在供应链战略与结构方面自我更新,进而在响应市场机会方面也更具柔性和敏捷性。在考虑外部环境的同时,有必要进一步深入研究供应链伙伴关系管理,即供应链伙伴关系建立与退出分别与供应链稳定性、竞争力及绩效等因素之间的关系。
