社区治理与权力秩序的重构对上海市KJ社区的研究

With the rapid economic development in the city of Shanghai, great changes have taken place in the community structures at the grass-roots and in the power hierarchy as well. Taking community governance as the target of study, the analysis of the strategies and operations by various organizations in governance has led to the finding that the traditional power hierarchy at the grass-roots is experiencing transitions from “structured” to “crumbling” and finally to “restructuring.” In the dyoamic process to promote social orders in communities, various actors are in a state of “mutual connecting,” resulting in the emergence of “localized orders” based on the operational orders of the actors, which are constantly stirring up and shifting the existing power hierarchy.
