阿魏酸钠和阿斯匹林联用对大鼠血小板聚集的影响及对PGI2-TXA2平衡的调节

摘要：

单独给大鼠口服阈下剂量的阿魏酸钠（SF）或阿斯匹林（ASA）对胶原诱导的血小板聚集及对颈动脉壁PGI2样物质的释放均无明显作用。两药并用后大鼠血小板聚集及血小板TXA:样物质的释放均显著地受到抑制,动脉壁PGI2样物质的释放则无明显变化。说明SF与小剂量ASA联用可增强抗血小板作用。
