经济转型期间中国农村贫困与收入决定因素的变化

摘要：

文章利用1988年、1995年、2002年中国家庭收入项目(CHIP)农村入户调查数据,考察了影响中国农户脱贫、增收的因素及其变化趋势。多变量回归特别是分位数回归结果表明:农村劳动力教育水平的提高会增加处于各个收入水平上的农户的收入,而且这种重要性与日俱增;农户生产要素对农户减贫、增收上的作用在不断缩减;相反,农户企业家才能在增收上的作用逐年递增;在经济转型过程中,少数民族农户收入的增长速度快于汉族农户,少数民族农户,特别是那些处于收入底层的少数民族农户分享到了中国经济增长的好处。
