摘要：

从分析美国技术交易发展的案例出发,探讨了影响技术交易效率的主要因素,在此基础上提出了技术交易效率的RP-GS-IM动力机制分析模型.研究认为产权制度、交易中介和交易合约结构是影响技术交易效率的主要动力因素.
