血浆8-异前列腺素F2α在老年缺血性脑卒中患者检测的临床意义

摘要
目的探讨老年急性脑梗死(CI)患者血浆8-异前列腺素F2α(8-iso-PGF2α)的变化及与神经功能缺失程度的关系。方法对该院神经内科住院急性CI患者67例,按照年龄分组,≥60岁为老年组(37例),<59岁为中青年组(30例)。另有正常体检者60例为健康对照组,年龄与病例组匹配。ELISA法检测CI患者血浆8-iso-PGF2α的水平,并进行临床神经功能缺失评分,分析其相关性。结果老年CI组血浆8-iso-PGF2α水平为(506.38±138.63)pg/ml,高于中青年CI组(420.18±132.72)pg/ml、老年对照组(369.98±99.81)pg/ml及中青年对照组(309.44±89.11)pg/ml(P<0.05)。老年CI组的神经功能缺失评分为(19.78±3.66)分,中青年CI组为(17.73±2.70)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。单因素相关分析结果显示老年CI组血浆8-isoPGF2α与神经功能缺失评分呈正相关(r=0.504,P=0.001)。结论氧化应激在老年急性CI患者的发生、发展过程中起着重要的作用,尽早合理的抗氧化治疗对于减轻梗死症状及神经功能缺失程度起到积极作用,且有利于患者的功能恢复,减轻残障。
