摘要：

缺血性脑卒中发作后,一定时间内可以通过治疗减轻脑损伤的程度、促进机能恢复、改善长期预后,这个允许的时间称为治疗时间窗。它与缺血半暗带的转归密切相关,PAF受体拮抗剂、以TXA2为靶点的药物及药物联合应用等可以延缓或逆转缺血半暗带损伤,有助于延长时间窗。本文综述了脑缺血半暗带的发病机制及近5年来抗缺血性脑卒中治疗时间窗的药物研究进展,以期为临床用药提供可靠的理论依据。
