时变参数选择模型与货币政策的时变反应分析

摘要：

如果货币政策影响实际产出和价格水平 ,这是货币政策有效性的体现 ;如果实际产出和价格水平影响货币政策 ,这是货币政策对宏观经济条件的反应。我们利用具有时变参数的非线性选择模型 ,刻画和检验了货币政策的动态反应函数 ,发现我国货币政策对于价格水平和实际产出均具有比较明显的时变反应 ,并且对实际冲击具有比较稳定的反周期倾向 ,这说明我国货币政策在反周期操作过程中兼顾保持经济增长和价格水平稳定的双重目标。
