公司治理、市场竞争对出口企业创新影响的实证分析——以机械设备仪表类行业上市公司为例

摘要：

利用2009-2013年189家有出口业务上市公司的数据,采用GMM估计方法实证检验公司治理和市场竞争对出口企业创新的影响。结果表明,公司治理能促进企业创新能力的提升;而国有企业创新与市场竞争呈倒U型关系,非国有企业创新能力随市场竞争增强而上升。在市场竞争通过公司治理作用于企业创新上,垄断加强会作用于公司治理,抑制国有企业创新并促进非国有企业创新。因此,应引入竞争以适当降低国有企业垄断度,提升其创新能力,而适当提高非国有企业垄断度。
