摘要：

<正>脑卒中后抑郁(post-stroke depression,PSD)属于继发性抑郁,其发病与脑部病理损伤[1]、躯体功能障碍[2]、社会参与度降低[3]等多种因素有关。同时PSD可反作用于这些因素——减慢疾病恢复进程,降低生存质量[4],加重社会孤独感[5],增加死亡率[6]等。尽管抑郁的危害很大,然而临床工作中医护人员并未将抑郁筛查作为常规的照护内容[7]。这一方面与长期形成的只关注患者生理健康的医疗传统有关,另一方面也与缺乏有效可行的脑卒中后抑郁障碍程度测评工具有关,
