院内卒中应急流程在急性脑梗死溶栓治疗中的应用

摘要：

在急诊评估-卒中单元快速溶栓的基础上,建立院内卒中应急流程,包括预检患者、卒中应急小组评估、快速影像、快速转运、卒中单位准备5个方面。定期开展对医务人员的培训和院内卒中应急流程的持续改进和优化。建立应急流程后,急性脑梗死患者溶栓前的院内等待时间由121min缩短到93min,溶栓率由1.13%提高到5.39%,平均住院日由15.76d缩短到11.02d,人均住院费用下降10.10%,有效地降低急性缺血性脑卒中患者的致残率。
