摘要：

当前,国外研究者对知识共享动机(Knowledge sharing Motivation)产生了浓厚的兴趣并产生了较多的研究成果,但这些成果显得比较零散、缺乏系统性。从经济动机、交往动机、认知动机和利他动机四个方面回顾了国外的相关研究并作出简要评价,最后提出了未来研究展望。
