期望信念、性别差异与创业选择——基于期望理论视角再论企业家精神及其教育启示

摘要：

文章首先解释了为什么用期望理论来分析企业家精神,在此基础上,探讨了男性和女性在选择创业时所持有的不同期望激励因素,并进一步研究了期望信念对个体选择创业的巨大推动作用,最终发现从外在形式来讲男性与女性的创业激励存在显著不同,而从本质上讲,无论男性还是女性都是只有那些既偏爱创业并且认为创业会带来诸多附加价值及成功期望值高的个体才会选择创业行动,这为我国开展创业教育提供了一个理论指导方向。
