平台型治理:通往城市共融的路径选择——基于中国十大城市调研的实证研究

摘要：

数字经济时代,平台型治理应运而生。在政府和社会的角色分工上,中国十大城市调研的实证研究表明:"社会治理因子"和"政府治理因子"平等输出、共同支撑了平台型治理的架构和运营。虽然目前十大城市的"政府治理指数"均超过"社会治理指数",但长三角城市的"社会治理指数"已开始领跑全国。一旦政府与社会携手克服理念更新、技术嵌入、路径选择和建构营运等诸多难点,平台型治理将进入可操作化的成长期,也将直面城市共治共融、人们对美好生活的各类升级版需求,并为当前全球为数不多的平台治理实践提供中国样板。
