国外已开始重视SNS在组织及知识管理中应用的理论研究和实践探索,而国内目前相关研究尚少。本文综述国外关于SNS内涵、SNS在企业、政府、图书馆等组织及知识管理中应用的研究和结论,为国内相关研究及实践提供借鉴和参考。
