从同化到多元——基于国外融入理论的思考

摘要：

国外融入理论的研究是西方移民研究的重要内容,在研究该理论的流派中主要有同化论(assimilation)和多元文化主义(multiculturalism)两种。本论文就两种流派的定义、历史脉络以及相关的内涵进行了梳理,并指出两个理论之间的区别和联系,这对于研究当前族群问题以及移民融入问题具有理论的借鉴意义。
