高压氧对鼠脑创伤后基因mdm2、bcl-2、bax表达的影响

摘要
目的在建立中度颅脑损伤动物模型的基础上,通过观察创伤后高压氧治疗对大鼠基因mdm2、bcl-2和bax表达的影响,探讨高压氧治疗作用的分子机制,为高压氧在临床上的应用提供理论依据。方法成年健康雌性SD大鼠16只,随机分为两组(脑损伤组,高压氧治疗组)。各组大鼠均于致伤后48h,取挫伤灶周边脑组织,采用免疫组化法测定基因mdm2、bcl-2和bax的表达。结果高压氧治疗组基因bcl-2的表达强于损伤组(P<0.05)。而基因mdm2、bax在两组间的表达无差异。结论高压氧对脑损伤的治疗作用与抑制细胞凋亡有密切关系。
