摘要：

当前中国,"互联网+"成为万众瞩目的焦点。本文旨在关注互联网与地方发展的互动关系,试从空间视角探讨互联网技术对城市与区域的影响状况与发展趋势。事实上,影响当代社会的历史性趋势与主题,如全球化、城市化与地方发展,均与互联网技术的进步息息相关。新技术正在持续推进一系列的空间转型过程,包括数字空间区隔、网络内容的经济地理、电子商务的空间战略,以及智慧城市的规划和建设等。当前,又有一些新的趋势正在兴起,如席卷全球的"共享经济"浪潮、转型中的"市民实验室"城市,以及浮现中的"在线城市化"模式等。面对随之而来的机遇和挑战,城市和区域需要不断探索互联网的潜力,以寻求一种更为平等、民主和可持续的发展模式。连接互联的网络空间、培育共赢的区域知识生态系统,以及建设包容的改良式智慧城市是其中的关键。
