摘要：

文章结合大数据背景下政府信息管理的新变化,从政府信息获取与公开、政府信息版权保护和政府信息安全三个方面梳理了美国传统政府信息管理的主要法规与政策,重点论述了在这三个方面美国政府信息管理法规与政策的拓展,最后结合我国实际探析了其对我国制定相关法规与政策的启示意义。
