摘要：

物质投入产出表(PIOT)提供了一个核算框架来记录经济系统中与经济活动有关的全部物质流,这使得PIOT成为环境-经济建模与核算一个极具价值的工具。本文给出了"基本的"PIOT框架和"扩展的"PIOT框架。在二者的基础上,详细论述了带有包装物、残余物(废弃物和排放物)、循环物质和存量变化的"完整的"PIOT框架构建方法,其核心是将扩展的PIOT框架生产过程分为结构生产过程和辅助生产过程。
