摘要：

<正>女性人群中冠心病(CHD)发病率较低[1],因此临床上对女性CHD重视不足。以往"男性"一直被作为CHD危险因素对待,国际上许多大规模的临床试验均将女性患者除外,过去的20多年,男性CHD病死率得以下降,而女性却未得到相应的关注。2004年美国心脏病学会(ACC)资料表明,在发达国家和地区,2/3女性猝死患者死于生前未曾发现的CHD[2]。CHD不仅成为男性,而且也是女性死亡和
