企业高管环境扫描与突破认知惰性机制研究

摘要：

企业高管的认知惰性制约了企业在不确定环境下进行战略更新乃至变革。认知惰性的累积和突破都植根于高管环境扫描和有效信息获取的过程。目前缺乏对有效信息吸收的内在机制的研究。本文基于高管的知识架构,将认知心理学、神经科学理论与知识管理理论相结合,对高管环境认知与扫描的微观过程进行研究。分析了管理知识架构变革的能力对于突破认知惰性的必要性,提出了有意识记忆编码以及更新扫描模式的手段,分析了认知惰性与战略决策过程的关系,最后建构一个整合性框架模型。
